The Republic of Uzbekistan, represented by JSC “National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan”, received a loan from the International Development Association to cover the costs of the project and intends to use the proceeds of this loan to make payments under the contract for which this Invitation for Proposals was created: Procurement and Integration of Automated Resource Management System (ERP) of the Joint-Stock Company “National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan”.

The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Digitize to Decarbonize–Power Transmission Grid Enhancement Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB

The Republic of Uzbekistan has applied for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Electricity Sector Transformation and Resilient Transmission (ESTART) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Contract Design, Procurement and Installation of Fiber Optic cables in Andijan, Namangan and Fergana. This include Optical cables are hereafter named OPGW for Optical Ground Wire, UGFOC for Underground Fiber Optic Cable and OFAC for Optical Fiber Approach Cable. The total length of the cable is 438 km to be installed in in Andijan, Namangan and Fergana regions.
