In order to ensure the implementation of Article 75 of the Law of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Joint-Stock Companies and the Protection of Shareholders’ Rights” No. O‘RQ-370 dated May 6, 2014, a draft “Business Plan” of the Joint-Stock Company for 2025 has been developed and is currently being implemented.

It is envisaged that the annual “Business Plan” projects will be reviewed and approved at meetings of the Supervisory Board of the Joint-Stock Company and approved by the Sole Shareholder (Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan) in accordance with the established procedure.
