3. Deputy chief accountant - higher education with work experience, experience in the power system for at least 5 years;

4. Deputy Head of the National Dispatch Center - higher education, work experience;

5. Engineer of the national dispatch center - higher education, work experience;

6. Leader engineer of the central service of relay protection and automation - higher education, work experience;

7. Head of the Department for attracting investments and implementing investment projects - higher education, work experience;

8. Head of the Department of economy and social development - higher education, work experience;

9. Specialist of the 1st category of the Department of financial Management, Business ethics and transparency - higher education, work experience;

10. The head of the project implementation team (until the completion of the project) - higher education and work experience, knowledge of English;

11. Economist for financial work of the project implementation group - higher education, work experience.
