5) Head of the first department — higher education and work experience, experience of at least 5 years;

6) Head of the Department of Economics and Social Development — higher education, work experience;

7) Chief Specialist of the Transformation Implementation Department — higher education, experience of at least 5 years, knowledge of English;

8) Specialist of the department for work with independent power producers — higher education, knowledge of English;

9) Leading engineer of the management of the operation of electrical networks — higher education and work experience of at least 3 years in the power system;
